Bio

Mihae Jung is a Korean American immigrant, living and working in Los Angeles. She is a writer, an advocate, and a yogi. Mihae loves zines because they represent accessibility and a spirit of independent creative expression. Zines are inherently anti-capitalist too. They don't cost too much to print and people do not rely on zines to make a living. It's as pure as it gets! Mihae also grew up with "indie" music and graphic designs of the late 90s and early 2000-- album covers full of collages, grainy photos, and dreamy illustrations. This continues to be the north star of her inspiration for her creative projects.
