Peg Cheng
Seattle, Washington
Bio
Hi there, I’m Peg Cheng and I write eclectic stuff like Rebel Millionaire, a zine about how to retire as a millionaire even if you make a modest income, and The Contenders, an illustrated novel for kids that asks, can enemies become friends? I love making my own zines, books, and cards because I believe in the freedom of expression and the power of self-publishing, and I’m not a fan of gatekeepers. In addition to writing and publishing, I love running Plaid Frog Press with my hubs, teaching workshops, digging in my garden, searching for urban wildlife, studying tarot, and looking for awe in everyday life. I was born and raised in Southern California but now I call Seattle home.
