Bio

I started making zines in conjunction with when I began to open up in therapy about difficult events that I previously had not discussed with anyone. This was a way to express myself to my loved ones, as art has been a therapeutic outlet in the past. In my writing, I found a talent for using the specific to connect while having the freedom to not reveal specifics about my experiences. I love zines as they are pure expression, they are the opposite of censorship. I have loved being able to connect with new people about zines. Haley is an autistic, queer, Southern artist. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
